RSP-Z2, Z-Series Controller, CPM-Z1 (firmware versions 3.x and earlier)
Power down the device in question.
Insert a FAT32 formatted USB drive.
Power on the device in question.
Pull the USB drive once the system has finished booting up.
Insert the USB drive to a computer and open the Network Information file - it will contain the currently configured IP address information.
RSP-Z2, Z-Series Controller (firmware version 4.0 and later)
Insert a USB drive.
Wait 5 - 10 seconds.
Pull the USB drive.
Insert the USB drive into a computer and open the text file beginning with "networkSettings" - it will contain the currently configured IP address information.
CPM-4/6, DSP-2/3, NXU-2/A/B
Use the IPSetup.exe utility included with the firmware downloads for these products.
Plug a Windows PC directly into the device/module in question using an ethernet cable (this may need to be a rollover cable depending on the age of your Windows PC)
Open and run IPSetup.exe, it will display the current IP settings of the connected device/module, and allow you to update those settings if desired.
SCM-1
This process will reset the IP address back to the factory-default setting.
Power off the ACU.
Remove the SCM-1 card from the ACU chassis.
Move the jumper position on JP22.
Insert the SCM-1 into the extender card, and the extender card into the ACU chassis.
Power on the ACU.
After the SCM-1 module finishes booting (LED's stop flashing), move the jumper JP22 back to its original position.
Power off the ACU.
Remove the extender card, reinsert the SCM-1 directly into the ACU chassis.
Power on the ACU.
SCM-2
Connect the HSP of the unit to the SCM module in question.
Press the PTT button on the HSP handset 10 times.
The IP address will be spoken through the HSP module.
The IP address can also be reset to default using the method for the SCM-1 (above).
ACU-M
Using the front panel display, select "Prefs", "System Info" and "IP Address"
ACU-5000
Tap the recessed "Reset" button on the rear of the unit, the IP address will be audibly played from the unit's speaker and, if plugged in, handset.
If the "Reset" button is held in between 5 and 10 seconds, the IP address and login credentials will be reset to factory defaults.
If the "Reset" button is held in for more than 10 seconds, the unit will reset all settings to factory defaults. It is suggested to power-cycle the unit after a complete reset.
ARA-1
Tap the recessed "Reset" button on the rear of the unit, the IP address will be transmitted out of the connected donor radio.
