The RMA process starts with filling out this form.
Then, we determine if the item is under warranty or not and issue an RMA number.
Once you receive the RMA number, you can ship the equipment back to JPS. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the shipment.
When we receive the shipment, we will inspect and test, and determine the best option for repair or replacement of the equipment.
After the work is completed, we ship the equipment back to you.
Equipment no longer under warranty are subject to availability of replacement parts. Standard RMA fee applies, additional costs may apply.
